The allure of an 'Old School' beauty with its classic curves and head turning looks makes the 260z the ultimate for my retro driving pleasure.
My Zed journey began in 2006 with the purchase of a 1 owner 1976 260z 2+2. I must admit that the first time I sat in her I was transported back to my childhood with the familiar smell of vinyl upholstery and petrol fumes that you only get with a classic. I could see through the faded duco, torn interior and modest trimmings to the 'beast' within that was just waiting to be unleashed upon a post 70's world.
So the journey begins...will it ever be completed? as long as there are 'mods', ideas, breakages and burnouts probably not, but I plan to immerse myself in the fun of that new catch word...the 'resto'!
